    Why a badass meme? I just get tired of people that don't have respect for other peoples things or spatial awareness to know you're right beside a car and to not whip your door open. Accident is a understandable but it was forceful enough that I know it wasn't.

    Rust never really goes away unless you use a grinder and get down into the steel's pores. A wire brush just takes off the surface rust. Make him do it first.
