    you'll be fine. in the past year i've gotten like3 tickets and an accident that was my fault (cool guy rollin backwards dickin around with my friends with the PA system and accidently rolled into a mini cooper)

    should do both? especially if you switch insurances since you dont have to tell them that you got one and you got it off your records. this current ticket did you get it in fort worth? the last one in fort worth too?

    in that case you should be able to do defensive driving for it. from my understanding you cant do it twice in the same year if the ticket is within the same town/city or atleast thats how it is with arlington

    they send mail your mom found mail
    go to court to pay your ticket (usually cheaper that way) and they'll give you yuor options. doesnt hurt to call the court and ask

    How much this one cost you? I got a similar one on Memorial day that ended up over $400 in bumfuck nowhere Missouri. Apparently radar detectors are legal but come with a "mandatory $150 donation" if you're caught speeding with one
