    Blend up tomatoes, pickled peppers of your choice, red onions, cilantro, little salt and pepper and a few chunks of pineapple. Then after you have that, chop up a few a more onions, tomatoes, and pineapple pieces for the chuncky aspect. simple and gets the job done.

    Assuming every is ripe, should taste great. Haven't tried it with chips but tasted awesome in the burrito I made yesterday.
