    I love slow times. They're having some sort of emergency drill in one of the buildings today. Would make more sense to do it in the administrative building because we gots the money plus I do a good job of making students miserable.

    What I don't get about that thread is...where does the law stand on preventative measures?

    Sure he was jumping the bed but what I'd he the started jumping on the roof and caved it in? Can you not do anything like that (make him fall out of the truck) until he has done damage?

    IMO if someone is doing damage to your truck you gotta stuck.. and I say jumping in his bed is doing damage... now the way he proceeded by throwing him out of the truck.. horrible decision. Why couldn't he get out of the truck and tell him to get off, call campus security... possibly killing someone over that, I dont agree with

    Take pictures of him doing it, take pictures of damage, and file suite in small claims court. Bring last years Christmas card, a picture of the truck with the caption "Merry Christmas" and sue for physical and emotional damages.

    I'd agree too that jumping in the bed is doing damage (could bow the bed or something). It's tough though because cops aren't always around when you need them and people sometimes don't stop even when told.
