30 days for DUI Manslaughter?

and i think our country punishes people for animal abuse more than for human abuse
it seems we are save the whales and kill the babies
so to me it makes sense that dui manslaughter which should have been 3rd degree murder doesnt get a jail sentence but animal abuse gets what 3 years in jail and house arrest and a bunch of other stuff
