i bought a 32 inch light bar and I want to put it in the lower valance of my truck. The light bar looks like it sits to high and not where it's supposed. I was wondering how everybody else mounted there 30 or 32 inch light bar in the valance and did you do any sort of trimming to the plastic or metal

I'm in the process of doing it behind the valance with a 32inch. No trimming to plastic. I had to trim the lip of the bumper bar brackets to get it down 1/4 of an inch. Also had to shave a little of the fins off the back.

It's either a tad high or hang it out the front and cut the bumper valance.
