not really, but you want to stick with the same weight and rating as Toyota calls for. I generally ran synthetics whenever possible.

the only thing, lubricant or fluid wise I will not stray from is the WS automatic transmission fluid from Toyota. I absolutely will not use anything else in a Toyota that came with WS

Sorry, but I absolutely disagree with that. I've yet to see anyone regret doing too much/a little more than recommended/at least the recommended maintenance. But I have seen a lot of regret for doing not enough or none.

Hey there? I’m coming up in 12k miles 2022 DCLB 4x4. What and when should I dump out these oils, f/r diff and/or trans flush? What’s your advice much appreciated, J

I would change all the diff fluids by 15...I always just drain and fill the trans every 15k..stays clean that way

Don't know. Labor is up to $230/hr when you pay an organization to do a task for you, multiplied by the amount of time that task takes. Do the math.

If you are in doubt of book time, look up book time. Generally, the book is looked at for time, and then told to you.

Neither was I. Did it in a parking lot.

You would know what they're using
