Yall ever look and realize how dead this thread gets. Turn 30 and all these responsibilities start taking your time away from you and the next thing you know, you have a sometimes dead 30's Crowd thread.

So true. Got married when I was 29. Had the world in my palm.

Now, it's just grinding every day trying to make the bills and keep food on the table.

Haha no doubt! Just wait til you have a kid. I was 45 mins late to work today because the baby was crying this morning. Went and got her to calm her down and rock her back to sleep....ended up rocking both of us to sleep and woke up 8 mins before I was suppose to be at work.

Nice! As standard of an answer as it sounds, it really is the greatest thing that has happened to me. Other than getting peed, crapped, and puked on, there is nothing better! haha:rofl:

I tell you what, the wife and I thought we had a handle on the weeds in the backyard but then all the moisture from last year killed that idea. We have so many weeds and work ahead of us. Almost wish we bought a house with a smaller back yard now. My to do list is getting ridiculous. It's a good thing RDR 2 isn't out yet cause I wouldn't be getting jack done otherwise.

I read somewhere a brief synopsis of each decade of life (and I'm paraphrasing heavily): your teens and 20's are for committing all your mistakes, your 30's are for learning and building from those mistakes, and so on and so forth.

I'd like to add that your 30's is probably the hardest decade of your life. You're young enough to still believe in dreams but the impact of mistakes and any failure to achieve those dreams have a much more significant impact.

So far it's been the hardest but most satisfying decade of my life yet.

I think my front yard is one big weed. An almost dead one.

Dude, that's awesome. I need to investigate to see if any of the streaming services have ALF.

Yep...I'm in this crowd. My life is all urine, crying, random boogers on everything, never ending quest to keep the chaos at Bay, and only being able to talk to my wife after kids bedtime.

    PREACH!!!!

That is exactly why I took up drinking some good craft beer. I try to have one every night, after the nightly chaos, I mean routine.

I'm a late bloomer so I'm still making mistakes. I haven't really committed to growing up and settling down and I keep telling myself that's what my 40's are for.

I'm going to build a shack in the backyard just for this. I'd like to craft my own beer/spirits.

Life is far too short to drink shit beer.

You and I both. I'm still trying to figure out what I want to do when I grow up.

When all is said and done, I'm not sure I'd have it any other way either.

I say do it. Brewing provides focus and a return that very few other hobbies can lay claim to.
