315/75/r16!!

hey tdub im a new member here and im tryin to find threads on how to set up for 35"s (315/75/r16), and i need a little more info on what exactly I will need to do. i know i need to do the cab mount chop and pinch weld n fender cutting etc... and i have spider traxx spacers all around, but is there anything else ill need to consider in this process?? FYI, lift set up is ome 885 coils up front with top plate spacer and LR UCA's. all pro leafs in the rear. sitting right at 3" all around. i have the all pro apex bumper with xrc8 winch n pia 510 fogs. so clearance forward of the tires up front is good. Any imput would be appreciated and im stationed in central cali so if anyone here is from the area lets wheel!
