Location, location, location. Some people live in areas where dealers won't budge, others live in areas where they actually have to TRY to move truck stock, and others live in areas with multiple dealer competition. Supply, demand, competition and location. I wouldn't sweat a difference of $500 or even $1000 from what someone else bought their truck for. $32.1k out the door sounds reasonable to me. It would probably be more like $33k+ where I live...no other Toyota dealers for another ~150 miles. I bit the bullet on my truck, paid a little more than what some others did (especially since all 2010s were already gone)...and I'm totally happy with my purchase.

Regardless of location. No one should pay over MSRP for that truck. I'd drive 200 miles to save $4000 anyday.

yea... who gets paid at 250 over invoice? Not the trucking company or the salesman...

USAA does a car buying program.. check it out. We only have one toyota dealer within a few thousand miles.. so Ya get what ya get.

Interesting, I would find it the opposite because they get their money upfront with no risk in having a deadbeat buyer down the road.

    Does Plasti-Dip count as a mod ?
That's just about what I paid. Dealers are wanting to sell these trucks, but not at huge discounts.

I priced this truck out on USAA with everything and it came put to a little more than 31k. I think thats a far price I paid 28k for my 2010 TRD OR access cab
