Ok guys, here is my official announcement! These mounts are coming back!

I have purchased a CNC Plasma cutter and I am hoping to have it up and running in the next two weeks. Once I get it and have it up and running smoothly I will be offering my Stealth mounts again! I am removing my Flush mounts from my catalog at this time as there are a lot of other companies that offer these. I can however make them by request along with any other custom stuff you guys may request, so please let me know!

    AVAILABLE IN MAY

    Pricing
Along with coming back, I will be able to offer a slightly more competitive price now that I have moved my cutting in house! My original price was $100 but I will be able to lower the price by $10 or $20. I will release a new official price once I get my equipment running and can calculate my final costs. In addition I will still be offering my LED deals for those who want to buy the combo!

    Details for Stealth LED mounts:
    - Fits on 3rd Gen Tacoma's
    - 100% bolt on mounts, requires minor modification to air dam
    - Fits 32" wide LED's
    - Made from 3/16" thick steel (others are 1/8")
    - CNC Plasma cut from high end/high tolerance Arclight Dynamics machine
    - 3 mounting positions on each mount (others only have 2)
    - Unique welded gusset for anti-vibration
    - Powder coated semi glass black mini texture
    - Free USPS Priority shipping

@tombiosis I have shipped a couple to Canada. I will warn you the shipping is expensive. Just the mounts is reasonable, because I can get the weight down enough for express, but the LED will get you up there. I would suggest trying to find an LED local.

How soon can we place our orders? I was late by just a couple of days to the last batch you sold a few months back and don't want to miss my opportunity.

With cutting moving in house I will be able to produce mounts constantly! I will start taking orders once my plasma table is up and running smoothly. I don't want to take orders when there is still the large variable of when my table gets here and gets running. I will post as soon as I am ready!

im just a little confused, are these the same brackets that cali raised sells and same light bars? i was thinking of staying rigid industries with light bars unless these leds are comparable in performance. i love the quality of these mounts from the pics. and there are 2 styles right? flush and stealth?

These are NOT the same brackets Cali Raised makes. I am a dealer of their LEDs, but we both make different mounts. They make 1/8" thick plate with two mounting points, mine are 3/16" thick plate with three mounting points and a gusset. While they both hold LED's they are not the same part. No knock on them, we just make different parts.

Mine can run a 30" Rigid LED if you would like, there have been people on here who have done it with my mounts and I believe they have posted pictures. Cali Raised uses some of the same parts as Rigid and can provide a more detailed explanation. I have their LEDs on my truck and like the output I get. I have not however, done a side by side comparison myself to give you real world feedback.

Please let me know if you have any other questions or if I missed anything. I am here to help!

as far as light output, which would provide more? flush or stealth. i know the stealth is single row but has no coverage at all

The coverage doesn't take away much at all. Mainly just some of the far extreme flood lighting on either side. But the spot is just fine and the small grill fins have almost no noticeable impact. The Stealth mounts use dual row LEDs that have two rows of 3W LEDs and you can get a spot/flood beam combo. The Flush mounts only fit single row LEDs. Cali Raised only offers spot beams in single row. It's all based on your intended use. 90% of people want Stealth mounts and are very happy with the light output they get.

    Little update for everyone.

I have been working with another LED company called Wicked Light Bars and will soon be a dealer for them as well. They are sending me a couple LEDs to do comparisons on right now; and of course I will post pictures! Their LEDs are very similar to what people are using now and they also offer a couple of other fun options. They have all the standard stuff and also dual color LED bars that can switch from White to Amber lighting and also have strobe features. They also have some higher output bars that are dual row 5W LEDs, while most other dual row's have 3W LEDs. Without getting too ahead of myself, these LEDs from Wicked will also allow me to pass on some more savings to you guys on combo deals! I am still a dealer for Cali Raised and will continue to offer their LEDs as well. My goal here is to give you more options! I am also working at trying to get one of the bigger companies on the list as well. More to come on that one later.

Please check out their site and let me know what you think! Again I will post pictures once the test bars get here!

I am interested, but I have a question for you stealth mount LED guys. With the light bar behind the lower grill(stealth mount) do you have problems keeping the glass of the LED bar clean? Seems it would be easier to clean bugs and grime off the flush mount set up. Any 1st hand experience with this? Thanks for your input.

Something that I always look at is the "IP" rating. The resistance of the light against moisture/water. The higher the IP rating the better the light. It looks like most of the product there (http://wickedlightbars.com/) has a rating of IP67.

Here is a link that will explain the IP rating in more detail: http://www.ledlightbar.com.au/led-tech/ingress-protection-ip-codes-what-do-they-mean/

If you look at, for example "Rigid Industries" lights, they are rated at IP69, thus having a better build quality and more resistance to moisture. In turn this gives the light a greater reliability. This also increases the price of the light as well. There are other factors involved here as well. These factors require quiet a bit of research if someone is interested in it.

Also, one must consider the quality of the lens of the light. From what I understand, the "4D" is the most advanced lens available, but I have not seen a combo (spot/beam) with a 4D lens.

For me, I would only consider a LED light with an IP rating of at least IP68.

Another thing I would consider is if one had a line of accessories to go with the lights. i.e.: wire, connectors, switches, security hardware, relays etc. This would make it easier for a customer to make a complete purchase without going somewhere else to purchase the lights and accessories and maybe purchasing the wrong pieces. This would in turn also reduce the amount of returns you would have.

Please understand that I am not criticizing any companies light bar or endorsing the other companies.

This is simply one persons opinion.

Please delete this post if you feel that I have given some wrong information or if I have maybe inappropriately stepped on the wrong toes.

    Thanks for your time.

I agree with the above. I've had a couple of different light bars Both with ip69 ratings. I would recommend also looking at Black Oak LED. They are made in the USA and offer an excellent warranty. they are still pricey but they are about half of what a rigid is.
