The same exact thing happened to me. I thought when I got them I got the wrong ones cause they didn't fit, emailed them and they sent me that video, which still didn't help much, but they are on now and fit good.

Just to be clear the mounts you guys are talking about are not the mounts made by the OP of this thread (Chris at Apex Light Bars). They are also not the Rigid mounts. Didn't want Chris' thread to inadvertently get mixed up with issues from another manufacturers mounts. I watched that same youtube video you are referencing and Chris' mounts are 10x better built. No comparison really.

If you go to the Cali Raised thread I am sure they can give you anything you need. Don't mind discussing differences between products but I want to keep my thread on topic as well. Cali Raised is the best source for info on their products.

Here are a couple teasers from today's testing. Got the laser cutting in hand and went right to it. Full report tomorrow!

Looks awesome. Newbie question but do you have to remove the bumper to install these?

I wouldn't think the bumper, removing the grille would probably make things easy, and is easy itself to remove.

I don't know anything about these light bars myself except they look badass, I'm wondering if one LED goes out can it be replaced? Or would you need a whole new light bar if you wanted a fully working light bar?

The Stealth mount can hold the 3D Spot/Flood combo or the 4D Optic Spot.

I will address this in my next post.

All you need to remove is the grill and the air dams, you DO NOT need to remove the bumper. The grill is removed by taking out 4 fasteners and then a hard tug outward. The air dam is taken out with one fastener on each side, then pushing the detint in on two clips. All very easy to do. The rest is just patients and moving everything into place slowly.

If an LED goes out there is no standard way to replace it. I am sure there are some guys out there who have the knowledge and guts to take the LED apart and fix it. You would have to contact Cali Raised and use their warranty is the real answer.

I've read their warranty page and it looks like such a hassle & possible headache.

They have honored their warranty for me any time I have had an issue. They have always made it right.

If you choose to go with another brand just make sure the mounting width of the LED is 32" for dual row Stealth mounts or 31.5" for single row Flush mount.

Ok guys so here is the big update for this weekend.

Got my laser cutting in and was able to do the testing for the Stealth mounting brackets. All the changes I made from the first test were right on the money and they worked perfectly! The LED is in the perfect position and the adjustment will work just how you need it to.

The Flush mounts will go in the mail to my tester on Monday and I should have pictures of those to share with you by the end of the week.

So the good news is above, the design work is perfect and the mounts are fitting great!

The bad news... The laser cutter was having trouble with his machine and a lot of the mounting holes on the mounting plates are below my acceptable level of quality. Apparently there was a mechanical problem with their machine that they have resolved, and they are going to be sending me new mounting plates. They always do great work for me so I am certain that what they say is true and it was just a goof. But this means I will be a week behind schedule while I wait to get my new parts in. So the new launch date will be approx 5 Feb.

However, because I know the design is perfect on the Stealth, I will begin to take pre-orders on these starting Monday. I will make a post in the 3rd gen for sale area and also make sure to put the link up in here. I will have 20 Stealth mounts available for the pre-order and I will hold them based on who pays first. I can't possibly handle seeing who commented first on this thread...

The Flush mounts will follow as soon as I get them tested and make sure they fit like they should.

Here is the final pricing info:

Mounts only - $100 with free shipping.
Mounts and 32" Cali Raised 3D Spot/Flood combo - $295 with free shipping and free wiring harness
Mounts and 32" Cali Raised 4D Optic Spot - $315 with free shipping and free wiring harness

If you pre-order a mount and LED, I will give you an extra $20 off. The pre-order period is from Monday 25 Jan until Friday 5 Feb.

Please let me know if you have any questions!
