33's. But it depends tire to tire and manufacturer to manufactuer how big they actually end up. Just because it's a 33 doesn't mean it will actually be 33 inches tall once it's mounted on a vehicle

I loved my 99 with 33x10.5’s on a 2.5 lift in front and 1.5in in rear

32" is the biggest I'd go before considering a regear. There are also a lot more complications to the suspension once you hit 33". I think 32" is the magic number for mostly stock suspension and gears.

How much off-roading do yo do?
Have you found your current tire size to be limiting where you want to go?
Do you get hung up on obstacles?
Do you care about gas mileage?
    Do you want to re-gear?
    Are those 15's or 16's?
Any plans for the tundra brakes?

With your 3" lift you should be able to fit most 33's, but you'll still likely need to do the pinch weld mod.

Also, *which* 33's? Are we talking fatty bro style 33's or pizza cutters (~255/85r16's)

I had 3.4/5speed and stock aluminum 15x7’s. The 33x10.5’s could only have low 20’s and make full contact (chalk test) I hammered the pinchweld flat and did a tiny bit of plastic trimming. They only rubbed while in reverse and flexed, fully turned to one side.

I think a 7.5 or 8 inch wide wheel with a little less than stock backspacing would be perfect. You can get 33x10ish wide tires with 16 and 17’s too, just more expensive.

255/85r16s (skinny 33) are pretty sweet, next size I plan to go with
