    Yup.

Just wait till the weather goes above freezing, everybodys MPG will come back up. Temperature, warm up time and a heavy right foot are the largest contributors to bad MPG's.

Hey guys, i'm please to hear about your bad mileage lol :D

    cause mine is worst

Before the SC it was mostly between 400-425 with 65-68 liters.

Now with the SC, 2.85 pulley, headers and Y-pipe it goes down to 300-325 km. And yeah, we have a shitty winter blend here too. The problem with the SC is your foot. It becomes supercharged (heavy) too. ;)

Hi guys, Ive had my new 2014 tacoma 4x4 double cab automatic long bed for 4 weeks and I have gotten over 600km per tank with both city and highway driving. Yes I am being honest. No lead foot driving. I love it but I know if I do anything to the stock suspension and install larger tires I will be throwing that good mileage out the window, but It is such a temptation to go big and have fun.

This site is the best and I am so glad I found it. The information for mods and toys is great. Thank you.

    - 20" or 30" LED light to go into the lower grill - Hell Bent Steel 2.5" leveling kit - Goodyear Wrangler Duratracs 265/70/17 on stock aluminum rims
2013 TRD sport DCLB, with a 2.5 inch level and 32 Duratracs, I filled the tank to the brim and kept the speedo at 110 km and didn't rush it up the hills and I was at a 1/3rd of a tank left and had 480 km on the ODO. Curious what I would have gotten out of the tank if I had kept going, would hesitate to think I could have reached 600km. It's all how you drive even when lifted. Easy on the gas don't legit go above 2000 for too long. And keep the speed limit below 110 and these trucks get alright mileage.

This summer i keep hitting 535 - 550km when the gas light turns on. i can get another 75-100km out of it after the light (which turns on with about 15 L remaining).
    Your mileage seems about right.

Am I the only one that thinks our fill light turns on WAY too early? It gets me all panicky to get to a station and when I go to fill up there was still 13L in the tank... wtf?

I get about 450km until the light turns on in winter time and about 550km in summer.
I rarely exceed 100km/h and have a toolbox with about 250 pounds in it. Also i can confortably go for 60km after the light turned on...

After two tanks at 360km , looks like I'll be back at my regular 420km this time

^Biggest fuel saver there. Keep it below 100kph. If you're city driving you're probably not going to get more than 17mpg on anything but a stock truck just due to the stop and go nature of the commute.

I just bought a 2014 Tacoma TRD new just before Christmas. I am lucky if I am getting 265km out of a tank of gas. I do mostly city driving but I think that is really low mileage for a brand new truck. Should I get it checked out? By the way I do not have a heavy foot at all.

When you say " tank of gas " are you refilling it when the light comes on or earlier ?
