Much of actual tire size will be based on the manufactures as well. When I buy tires, I use the ACTUAL number provided by them to help decide what to go with.

Yes lug size and how much you inflate / deflect the sidewall depending on load rating can make some difference. The weight of the tires will also come into play for mileage and power. I can't say how much that is going to affect things when comparing similar style tires.

Well I asked about them being 10" wide, because my concern is that going with anything less than a 11.5 wide tire, they may look a bit stretched on those 15x10 wheels.

Yeah I wanna say going with 32x11.5 will be good, but can't say for sure. When I had my 32's I don't recall any rubbing with my 15x10 wheels. But they may have different specs than yours. But 11.5's will Probly be the minimum on those without looking at least a lil stretched. It won't be as bad as something like in that pic above, but it'll probably be quite noticeable. Only other way to go skinnier and look proper, is some 8" wheels I think.

Don't forget that different brands can also play a part in perspective as well. Here's an old pic when I had some bfg and falkens on. All 32x11.5. As you can see, the falkens out back look entirely different. They look like 32x12.5's. Ha. But, 32x11.5's still look great on 15x10's. Barely tho. Anything less and it'll be stretching it.
