Is it possible to fit 33's on a 3rd gen Tacoma without the need of a lift? If not what's the biggest tires I could fit?

You can fit a 35" tire without a lift. But you'll have to :sawzall: and :welder:.

    Welcome to TW.

Edit: to be more nice, 265/75/16 or 265/70/17 is the biggest tire you can fit without any modification.

Yes you can fit them if you only want to drive in a straight line. :D

    Not stock unfortunately.

You might be able to fit a 255/85/16 (tall and skinny) with the least amount of drama. Stock rims and small lift might work.

I heard 35's fit if you use the TRD rims.

There are numerous people that have posted on this forum that the trd OR can clear 255/85/16 with minimal rubbing. This tire must be done on the OEM OR wheel ( or same exact dimension specs).
