    I wouldn't do it.

Now saying that a buddie of mine was running 285's with his stock 16" wheels and they rubbed the uca. He grinded some of the uca down and welded the hole up. His has held up but the drives only on pavement.

I mounted them on, not a shop. And I didnt buy them, I got them for free. Me and my dad swapped tires and these tires were on the same rims as mine and didnt have any problems. So I didnt bother searching it.

Never read that before. Not saying you are wrong because Im sure that you arent. Just wish that I would have read that before swapping tires with stock wheels. Im surprised I havent read that already considering how much I read on here lol. Ah well, to late now.

Yea I didnt see how it would effect anything for a short time and mainly street driving, but Im not going to do it anyways.

Nothing wrong with some quality spacers. I had the same problem and ordered some spidertrax 1.25'' spacers and it fixed it. Just get some spacers, I wheel pretty hard and have had zero problems. You will be fine.

Sorry to bring this up in such an old thread but im having the same problem as op, as i did some research for some spidertrax 1.25" spacers, it said to only use for those w/o locking hubs, Will running these wheel spacers affect my manual locking hubs in any way?
