I'm looking at nitto mud grapplers and the only size they make for a 15" wheel is 33x13.50. Are there any safety issues/concerns as far as running 13.50 on an 8" wide wheel?

5100's all around, 2.75 inch lift, polyurethane body mounts, gibson exhaust, variation of the deckplate mod, intake resonators removed 285-75-16 goodyear AT
That's a pretty skinny rim for a tire that wide, I'm sure it can be mounted but chances of popping a bead may increase, balancing may be an issue as well.

less chance of popping bead. shouldn't affect balancing.

it will most likely wear uneven though. hel have to run low tire pressure to help.

i ran 11.5s on a 7" rim without issues just the same but who knows.

I ran this exact setup on my truck before I sold it, no issues what so ever. Post #505 in my build thread shows what they'll look like roughly depending on your backspacing.
