The max you're gonna want to go with the IFS is 3", more than that and your CV's will be at too high of an angle. At 3" you can probably fit those tires, you will almost certainly need spacers (probably 1.25") because of the positive offset of the stock wheels.

I'm running 255/85/16, which are about 33.1" tall, with a 3" lift and 4" backspace wheels, and it doesn't rub at all.

5100's set to 1.75" Wheelers 3 leaf progressive AAL & 5100's for the rear Konig Countersteer Offroads K&N Drop in WeatherTech's Bed Mat Blacked out Badges Rear leaf TSB
I had a 2001 years ago with BFG 33x10.50 15's and if I remember right I got a little rub with those. So yea what bellassaiw10 said. More lift and spacers.

If I were you, I would (cleanly) cut back the pinch weld and the corner of your quarter panel (as necessary). After that, you may need to push back a your fender well a little more. But, you should be able to fit them. If you only lift the truck, the second you flex your suspension, you'll cut your tires and rip something off your truck.

Swampers are notoriously taller then they say. You'll have to end up tubing probably. At that point might as well get a bigger tire
