Thinking about going out there for a day trip on that Saturday. Last time I was out there it was fun, but limited (had a stock 2017 TRD OR). This time I'll have the 2017 TRD OR, with an ARB front bumper, 10k winch, 2" OME lift, ARB recovery point, and 255/85R16 Toyo MTs (33"), how much more of the park will be open to me with this?

Do you have sliders? Those would’ve helped more than the bumper, winch, and lift combined

I do not, they are my next purchase. Places like Hidden Falls are the one off for me. Generally speaking my adventures are heavy in mud and softer terrain. I have needed a winch more often than sliders.

Well I promise. Even if you only go twice a year. A $600-$800 set of sliders is a much much much much much undervalued mod after one bad line on one trail during one trip to HF that results in a rock bashing into the door or rocker panels.

I won’t even take my rig off the park roads(unless it’s a 1-2 diamond trail) because shit happens when you’re not expecting it and I don’t want to damage anything

I definitely get it and appreciate the tip! That was the reason I was asking given my current set up and this park I am not super familiar with. Built in order of greatest/most common need for me at the moment but sliders rank next in my build order. Dealing with the $$$ constraint I think we all feel.

I can definitely see the benefit of them over other mods when frequenting places like HF. For awhile they were #1 for me, but need changed my focus.

There will be plenty for you to do/see. I haven’t been out there in 6-7 months so I need to check current conditions of trails.
