Whats your alignment specs. Pics of your lower control arm cam bolt settings and an alignment printout would help me help you a lot

Running all of the caster (SPC UCAs...) wheels are FN Countersteer type x, so -10. I'm thinking a 0 offset would help but I still think it'd rub at the rear bottom corner. Looks like a fender cut is un-avoidable if I want this to cycle and not rub which is unfortunate.

Reduce your caster in the UCA if you need more clearance at the rear. Set your LCA all the way forward. Less off set in your wheels will keep you from trimming fenders. I’m running T4R Pro wheels, 17”x7” +4 offset. No fender trimming needed. It’s a game of millimeters.

With the SPC upper you want to set them to the negative caster settings, which will move the tire forwards.

Anyone found a set of snow chains that'll fit these things?

Thanks for chiming in! When we first mounted them and re-did the UCA caster plate settings, I thought we had it backwards and never looked again. (super stupid, i know). Looking at it, I see what you're saying and I have it the other way around. Hopefully that will help enough to get by for Overland Expo (heading out in a week-ish) and after I can pick up some 4runner take-offs to get that zero offset. I'd really prefer to NOT cut fenders if possible.

    Alignment & pics:

FYI, shock in THIS close up, has two turns more pre-load than when i took the pics of the truck below. Going to add a few more to help but I prefer the least amount possible.

Wow that is a lot of caster. How heavy does that thing feel to drive?!

My trick is position D for the balljoint, eyeball camber for top bolt (but slightly positive camber on drivers side), lca maxxed out in rear and pulled in in the front.

Caster is fine at 3.2 driver and 3.6 passenger.

I can see your UCA ball joint is in the rear most position. Flipping it all the way forward will make a huge difference.

This truck is absolutely perfect. Love the height and the 35x10.5 look like the perfect aspect ratio. What was your lift height, front spring rate? Rear leaf setup?

    Thanks in adavance!

Man I wish these were still 130 a tire. Little late to the party I suppose.

Update: I re-did the caster plate on the SPC upper control arms to roughly the middle spot, which has helped a TON. My friend warned of going all the way forward for handling reasons so we're going to try this out for a while first. I also added some more pre-load to the Kings in the front and went to a stage II Deaver in the rear which Deaver was awesome about helping me get done quickly before Overland Expo. Lastly I did a tiny bit more trimming on the inside front, now that the tire is pushed more forward. Day to day I am not rubbing at all, even turning hard in to ramped driveways. I did some wheeling out in Prescott last week before the show, and it did rub again at roughly 15% (a slight amount) of steering angle at full stuff. Full lock and stuffed it does fine. When I get some more time I will find where specifically it is rubbing and see if it is easy to trim. I'm also still leaning towards switching to a 4Runner wheel with zero offset which should help a lot by pulling the tire in .4ish inches... Overall I'm much more happy with the fit now, thanks for the help and advice. Also full size spare is in stock location, I chopped the exhaust to a turn down out of the muffler and cut off the hangers / tire guides. On to the pics:

I went ahead and ordered a set of R/Ts this morning, but I’ve read a few reviews saying these get a little louder after about 10k. I know that pretty typical of more aggressive tire but what are you guys experiencing as far as increased noise or quirks once you get some miles on them?

Nothing notable in my opinion. Wearing somewhat quick, I have 15k on them and nearing 1/3 tread. I'll probably get 25k out of them. Maybe.

Wow. That’s really bad. Did you have alignment issues or do any rotations?

No alignment problems. I rotate every 5k. I chalk it up to all my off roading and a softer tread compound. Fine with me they hook up great!

I guess 1/3 tread at 15k was just surprising to hear in an age when most truck tires are getting 40-60k. I guess there’s alway outliers on both ends of the spectrum. I’m still holding out hope I can see the wear rate that @socalexpeditions is getting in his 20k review video.
