If I have a 4” lift on will I be able to fit 35x12.5’s on without cutting?
Here’s what it looks like now with my 2.5 inch w 31’s:

Also if I take these fenders off will there be holes underneath on the vehicle?

If you plan to never off-road then you will get some rubbing on full turns. if you plan to do any dirt road or more then you will need to cut. 33's require a little love from the hammer to not rub at certain places.

those look like later model fender flares on the '00 so there may or may not be "holes" where the fenders flares attach. the wheel wells will be solid with no gaps to the fender but you may have to trim the fenders depending on vehicle use

They won’t fit without cutting. You’ll need to cut the fenders front and rear to off road and cut the firewall back

Rear with a 4 inch lift should be no problem, lol. As long as you don't flex.

As for the front, good luck. You'll have to trim unless you plan to drive straight only.

I know a guy who straight traded his 33s for 35s and he had a 2.5" inch lift pretty much had the turning radius of a semi

3 right turn to make 1 left turn, lol. The taller the tires, the harder it gets when turning.

With 35, its a tight squeeze to make u turn on 2 lane road.

On 37, I barely clear u turn with 3 lane road. If its a 2 lane, I don't even both. Learned to just plan route ahead of time or turned into nearby parking after passing it.

35s will rub everywhere. my 33's rubbed pretty good and even after SAS my 37's rub lol.

The rear isn't the problem it's the front end. Tubbing, regearing, and major fender trimming and you still won't have a good turning radius.

You’ll have to cut the firewall back in the front for the tire to fully turn and stuff. And you’ll want to regear or your truck will have a hard time turning the big tires.

Some people are able to get away with not regearing with 33's, but that's really only if you have a v6, but with 35's you should regear no matter what. The 4cyls turn into gutless turds with bigger/heavier tires (even with regearing, lol). Ideally, you'd regear with anything moderately bigger than what came stock on the truck.

As for the tubbing etc... it's just cutting the metal where the tires hit. Just google it about you'll see plenty of examples. Or, buy the 35's, throw them on your truck and start cutting off where the tires rub...
