    I have my truck in overland mode right now because it’s my full-time house for a few years.

    But my goal always was and still is to be SAS’d on 38-40s, full cage, Marlin Taco box, no overland fluff. Probably late 2021 it will start.

    Then hit the typical bucket list of trails. Break stuff. Fix it. Go again.

    I’m surprised there still isn’t a 3rd Gen. built like this. It’s only a big piece of metal. Beat it up, waste some money, live life.

    Anyone remember this build from Pirate4x4 like 10 years ago? Always appreciated what he did with the truck. I think he said he went through like 6 beds and tons of axle and suspension stuff because why not? Have fun, make memories, fix it until it breaks again.

    I've thought about it. But I'm happy with 37 bias ply. Run the tires at 10psi and they don't squash like radials until you get in the rocks. Helps with ground clearance so its almost like running 40" radials.
