I was having issues with water getting into the bed near the tailgate with my Access soft rollup cover, so I decided to get creative! I modeled a piece that I thought would fill the space and help drain water past where the existing rails end. All in all it took me about 9 iterations of the same small plastic piece, but I'm very happy with the end result. No more puddles in my bed!

I hope this post inspires others to do something similar. I used Fusion 360 and an extruder style 3D printer. There are no clearance issues when closing the tailgate or the tonneau cover.
