I ended up just removing the chrome plate. Then used my new cricut printer to make a custom side marker blackouts

He hasn't been on since last Sept. The link to the file on Thingiverse is in his signature.

What was your procedure for opening and then closing up the headlight housings?

Ahhh, and there lies your problem. Up until Feb, this thread only had like 5 posts in the last 5 years. It wouldn't surprise me if most of the previous posters aren't even on the board any more.

IIRC, someone printed this in PETG filament, which I haven't tried yet (fairly new to this). I have some ASA, which would probably work well for this. It's hard to work with and it may be almost a week before I can spend the time to give it a try, if you're interested. Looks like almost a day to print on my setup. No guarantees on how it may last. It may break easily, I don't know.

There's another thread in the Technology forum where you might get some better information.

Removed all the screws, vent covers. Preheated the oven to 230f baked for 7-10 minutes then went at the perimeter of the housing gently but firmly to break the butyl and pulled the lens off

Purchased Toyota Certified, with Vijay bumpers, additional lights, and Falken Wildpeaks on Fuel rims. Prev owner apparently painted the grill.
Thank you for posting this!!! I've been considering the aluminum plate one, but I'm not sure it will fit. I've got a manual and my clutch reservoir may interfere. I will be printing this in ASA tonight (probably). I'll let you know how it turns out.

Some of us are still here! Granted I was a late arrival on this thread myself. I am currently designing/printing parts for my super pacific and seat deletes. I use only ABS filament for truck parts. Best durability of all the filaments IMO.

Does anyone know where to find or have a design for the 3rd Gen Tacoma Rear Bed Caps? Thanks!

Sorry, I should have elaborated. It's the rear bumper caps when you change out to an aftermarket bumper. The black piece below the tail light in the picture.

Not Tacoma related but anyone willing to try and make a piece for my motorcycle?

It's the piece below and it fits the left side. I need it flipped to fit on the right side. It's about 14.5" x 4.5" x 3". It doesn't need the tabs or holes as in the pic. Please PM me if interested. I can ship the current left side to you and provide more details.

Modeled and printed these to mount a camp shovel to, keeps it secure in the bed instead of having it sliding around. Probably a bit overkill, but I enjoy a project! Still need to order stainless hardware, the local Ace didn't have what I wanted. Harbor freight provided the rubber mounts. Definitely worthwhile at $3 a pop.PXL_20250614_184506568.MP.jpg PXL_20250614_184514707.MP.jpg PXL_20250614_184648641.jpg PXL_20250614_185032467.MP.jpg

Has anyone attempted to scan and print an intake manifold spacer?

Care to share the STL? I've been itching to try those heatset inserts.
