3in complete lift kit for work truck

What's up guys I'm new to Tacoma but not Toyota. I've got an 01 4runner lifted 4wd and supercharged but now I got a 14 Tacoma double cab short bed 4x4 for work. I'm looking for a 3in suspension on lift but I can't find any kits with a complete rear leafs I don't want to just add a leaf since I'll be towing some and I carry some weight. Any ideas where I can shop online for a kit with a whole leaf kit? Price range is about 3 grand since the company is paying for it that's budget. We also have a 97 Tacoma with emu suspension and we're happy with it but we want something better for the new ride. Any help would be great. I searched around before asking but there's so many threads it's hard to find the info needed and the stickies aren't exactly to the point of where to go shopping for stuff online.
