Sound cool. Kinda like Motorcross when I used to go to Budds Creek, MD.. pick a spot to watch then move elsewhere around the track to get different perspectives.

They don’t want to sell me anything until they get it more refined. We will see. I want it.

I don't think ARA has one, but SCCA has rallycross. It's not quite the same though. ARA is kind of new so maybe if they keep running races they'll be a smaller budget class.

Rite rite. I don’t know squat about the paddles or for that matter read up on vehicles that have them. Do the ones you are looking at rotate with the steering wheel or are they a static mount behind the wheel and not move? Again, I don’t know poop about ‘em. I spent more time reading about the different transmissions on the site.

It's always the next build. I did rally for a short while in my younger years. The car was also my daily. I don't recommend it.

The paddles either mount to the column or the steering wheel but both options move with the wheel

That's a horrible idea. What time?
We have arrived at our home for the next three nights. Unfortunately the wifi is super slow and we have no cell

Right now just sitting on the front porch. but do have to do some minor work on both heeps. A leaking power steering hose on the kiddos grand cherokee, and dig into brake chatter on mine. About as fun as it’s getting here.

I’ve been struggling with this recently… I want something stupid fast with 4 wheels. The jeep/truck scoot pretty good in manual mode and are extremely enjoyable on gravel roads under 60mph. It’d be cool to get an old 240/260/280z or Porsche 911 and make it a rally car. Or just get a fast street car and leave it on asphalt. :burnrubber:

Not to steal your thunder, but go price those cars and come back. Even basket case 911s are getting insane amounts of money.

Got to get off the pavement for a few minutes (nothing special). Drove Wifey to deliver a wedding cake down the side of some farm land. of course I wanted to have some fun but the three tier cake wouldn’t have faired well.
