Well, it didnt bother me to replace it, because the core had a bit of a rattle to it, so it has started to sound like shit at idle

 

You should take that as an opportunity to mount turbos and a titanium exhaust

There's a reason why MBRP is considered a budget brand. Although, I didn't care for the sound of the aFE either. Which was fine, I got it for function, not sounds.

 

I also dont care much for the AFE sound via the video I saw, but, its also about the function for me.

I've only ever heard one exhaust system that sounded good on this truck and it was a one-off custom that someone on here made.

When I say performance, I am meaning the profile of the exhaust. It sits higher than the mbrp and is less likely to get caught on rocks as it's a flat bottom instead of round
