Agreed. But they wouldn’t price them as such if people weren’t buying (or financing ) them.

 

That seems to be the case for a lot things, which never ceases to amaze me. Either people have a lot of discretionary income or people are running up their debt. I suspect the latter.

 

CNN and Fox ran stories on this related to the housing market. No one is buying because of interest rates, but when the rates fall, it's going to become a buyers market again. And there will be people buying stuff they can't really afford because of inflated prices. Then the bubble breaks and were headed for little market crash. All this as we're starting to talk retirement.

 

I guess we have all learned to embrace the chaos

I'm still working on accepting the chaos, embracing it is not even on the horizon yet.

 

"Embrace" may be a strong word. Not choking the s#!t out of some the stupidity spreaders is an accomplishment some days.

I was hoping for more Mad Max.

 

I thought it would be colder and snowier. Today it smells like neighborhood campfires. At work yesterday you could taste it in the air at one point. I prefer smores.

 

It’s been in the 40’s the past couple mornings at our place

 

We've been mid to upper 50's. Hope that holds over the weekend as I would like to get some work done and loose my weight in sweat.
