That's a horrible idea. What time?
I wish I had more to do. And I've said that to my supervisors. I hate being bored here. It's one of the reasons that pushed me toward the retirement decision. I used to enjoy coming to work. I really didn't mind the commute most days because I knew it would be busy and the day would go by quick. Now it's watching paint dry excitement around here.

    Rite rite.

I’m not saying I do squat on Sunday. Just the work load is lite and I can actually se a job all the way through, as opposed to knocking the flames down on the fire and getting back to finish it up later. That is how the rest of my week (M-Th) goes. Completely ridiculous in my book. Boss man knows this and promotes it. There is nothing worse than going behind someone else work to fix an issue, because it’s a complete, start from the beginning with most of these guys. My super knows this and does nothing about it.

That old saying…. If you are good at your job. You get to do yours and other peoples too. Thats me.

Sounds like they adopted a Comcast procedure. I came home one day after a week of rain to cut my grass (back in MI) to find Comcast had left a line above ground in my back yard. I wasn't a customer of theirs, but I called and asked why they left it and when they planned on burying it. He said the installers don't bury cable. Another truck does that. He said they'd be out the following week to bury it. My response was you'll be replacing it before that. I wound up calling HQ in Philly and got the VP of customer service and told him what I was told. I also said that I will be having a beer before I cut the grass in about 30 minutes, and the cable would go at that point. 20 minutes later the local guy who told me next week was out with a shovel in his hand burying the cable while I sat and watched with a beer in hand. I had three phone calls from various VP's that afternoon while he was burying the cable.

DAMN Andrew...glad you are on the mend and out and about!!

Soon, but not too soon...I get out of the sling next Wednesday, or have my month post op doc appointment. The arm feels like its recovering/PT is progressing faster/easier than the right shoulder.

So sorry to hear, he was such a happy dog whenever he was around up there!

Sup!! Been busy working at home the last three weeks, and got the vid on my birthday last month, I've been MIA here. The summer flew by with family gatherings, daycare friend weekend activities, etc. I still haven't been able to finish doing all the Taco maintenance interval stuff, but anyways...I'm going to try to get back here more regularly!

You're in a sling? How'd you do that? Seems to be the summer for it!

Tore both biceps nearly 5 years ago…didn’t realize it until late 2020 when it started impacting normal things like putting on/off a belt…lifting our then new born…so I went through PT and steroid shots then discovered and had the right (worse than non dominant left) reattached (and a few left wrist tendon inflammation released) back in April 2021.

    How you kids doing?

Not truck related, but Finally got the skid on the bike after two months of it setting in the box on the floor.

Time to get people thinking. Mod season is here! New shoes for the Matrix. I have issues. I'm aware.
