Haha. I only had the car for 2 years. Actually liked it and rode nice. had started to do upgrades to the suspension (link as you see and a bigger rear sway bar). The ass was planted. Also put on a Borla stainless cat-back exhaust. new grippy tires, but the car had to go....I got tired of everyone thinking I was a cop when out driving around. it didn't help as it was black either.

Haha ! was looking into at the time, but that was 10-12 years ago. Not gonna lie... sometimes I miss it. She may have been a boat but could get around pretty good.

I will tell you from experience that performance driving in a Crown Vic is a terrible idea.

Rite rite. Always did like this video. Granted it is a Grand Marquis (same body style as my 07LX)

the blowing of the horn as the car enters the track was great.

Check out my build thread (Beginning of Money Pit)
Crown vics and lower back pain go hand in hand.

Just getting into the front seats, I felt like I was falling into it.

I loved those things. They were "performance."

That's a horrible idea. What time?
The first gen was the better version of that.

Another sleeper car from Ford. I drove an '89 Thunderbird Super Coup (SC) a couple of times while working for a Ford dealer. Getting on the freeway once and looked at the speeedo as I was shifting to third, 85 mph. Good thing it wasn't mine, or I may have lost my driving privilege's.
