    As it turns out, no sooner than I make plans I get invited to a wedding on Saturday night. It's family, so there's no backing out! Anyway... I may look to come down Thursday afternoon and stay through Saturday morning.

    Harlan is like New York City....It never closes.... Go! Camp! Some will be in cabins. Some in campground 2.

    No way in hell I could get there before mid afternoon Friday. Best I can do. But there will be Tacomas there on Thursday.

    Plan is to take over campground #2. They don't reserve #2 or #3 (upper campgrounds) Hope is, a few of us can get there Thursday and lay claim to #2. It's a couple acres maybe. Some of us will be staying in cabins. A few are staying in motels in Harlan. #2 should be plenty big enough for the campers.

    Harlan County Campgrounds is mostly a ghost town through the week. The crowd shows up on Fridays through Sundays

    We should be good so long as the early arrivals claim #2 on thursday or early friday.
