I will more than likely be traveling up on the 19th and meeting up with everyone on the morning of the 20th if that's cool?

It's an "anything goes" event. I have my agenda, but everyone is free to participate in any capacity they so choose. We'll be there when you get there....No time restrictions on anyone.

In all likelihood, we'll (Me and Sandy) will roll in early Friday to set up camp and hold as many spots as possible. I will be contacting Harlan Campground shortly to see if they can provide us with a reserved campground. (Essentially first come first served now) Plan is to roll towards home mid day Sunday. I'm putting in for vacation starting that Wed. getting truck/camper ready on Thursday, and rolling south at first light Friday. It's a 5+ hour drive for me (at speeds I can run dragging the camper) I will be doing something different this year. Vacation will run through Monday or Tuesday AFTER event to give me some time to unpack, unload, clean up, and rest a bit.

There will also be a sort of impromptu "bourbon tasting" taking place on Friday evening (which may extend into Saturday evening....:drunk:Already have Wild Turkey which was bought for LBL, but never used)

I will also get with the people @ Harlan Campground regarding possible out-on-the-trail camping on Saturday night. This may or may NOT be happening. Since we'll be using the camper, I'm starting to be more inclined to keep a base camp all weekend and return there at night. If I get to demo an expo trailer (which is a remote possibility at this point) may change how I look at camping on trails.

Getting to be a crusty old fuck means limited sleeping on ground in favor of memory foam mattress....

BTW....Will be on Ch 19 (CB) until we get there. Lots of coal buckets (dump trucks) running the highways to/from Harlan area. Once on site, will switch to ch 10. If 10 is unusually busy, try 12.
