Official 3rd Annual Red River Gorge Meet in Slade, KY. This is the 3rd year we've done this event. There are a lot of scenic views and hikes around the area if you are unfamiliar with the Red River Gorge Area and would like to take advantage. This year, I'm looking to make the meet a Thursday-Sunday event for the people that travel a little further to get here. We will be meeting at the GoTime gas station parking lot off of the Slade Exit off the Bert T Combs Mountain Parkway.

    Dates: June 21st -24th

    CB Channel
    11

    GPS locations
    Gas Station Meet location
12056 Campton Rd, Stanton, KY 40380
    GPS Coordinates 37.798149, -83.704325

Camping Coordinates for you late folk.
    37°45'53.6"N 83°43'13.4"W
    37.798139, -83.704333

    From the GoTime Gas Station:
Left (West) out of the lot on Campton Rd(15).
Approximately 4 miles you will see South Fork Rd (1639) on the left. (You'll pass Nada Tunnel Rd on the right)
Another 4 miles on 1639 to Sand Lick Rd on the left. (Shortly after the barn on the right with the new red roof) (You'll pass (1057) on the right)
Left on Sand Lick Rd. (There is a house at this turn, and there is a small street sign)(Google maps labels this as Fork Rd, but the small street sign says Sand Lick Rd.)
This is narrow but paved for a mile or so, and as you pass a farm on the right, the roads turns to gravel. Keep going until you see the power lines.
You should be able to see and or hear us from there...
