    Is anyone else looking for a tent? I just ordered a Tepui RTT so I might sell my really nice Coleman dome tent. It's huge, I think it sleeps 8 and I can stand up in it and I'm 6 feet tall.

    Awesome, thanks guys! I actually have a Loves, Pilot, and Flying J each within like 10 miles (in different directions) from the house haha.

    On a side note, I got the Wheelers S/S lines installed, front and back. If anyone else gets these, the rear metal mounts for the ends of the lines will need to be widened because 2 outa 4 wont fit properly, its a bitch to do them anyway and having to modify the factory mounts don't help but its do-able with a dremel. If your looking at doing it let me know and Ill go into way more detail.

    Usually I am too, but I bought it for a trip I took with my GF. We had tons of extra room in it. We even put both of our bikes in it while we slept. Sets up in about 5-10 mins, has a sweet front porch that keeps bugs out when you open the door. Here's a pic, but it's hard to grasp the size.

    Here's a pic without the rainfly. About 90% of the back wall is mesh so if you're laying facing that way at night, it's almost like you're sleeping outside, except no bugs.

    the answer is no. At Windrock, Kurt brought his son but he showed up in the morning and left that afternoon. i usually dont bring mine to just get a break from the little larrikin. haha Id say it depends on your kid, meaning you know if they could "handle" offroading and camping for 1-4 days and also if you want them to be around our group of folks. We are by no means bad or disrespectful folks, in fact quite the opposite, but let me just use my self as an example .........

    I am one of the most willing to help and conditionally respectful people at these meets. I am also one of the more outspoken and progressive thinking people. Which means that i use vocabulary and overall subject content dialect based on how i perceive situations, and when it comes to things like dumbed down language to accommodate for 1 persons kid, its hard for me to rationalize changing my persona and expecting everyone else to do the same to please one person. I believe that you do whatever you want to based on you, not someone else. So if i dont like my kid around something, then ill leave and go somewhere else instead of relying on someone to solve my problems for me.

    In short, if you are the person who goes to great lengths to protect your child from all the "evil" of the world, my suggestion, if you are camping around us, just leave the kid in his safe bubble at home. ;) If he/she knows what a bad word is (hopefully not using one themselves) then by all means bring the little bastards. I for one enjoy children :D
