I wish I had a way to get more of the wood I have there. But that just means we'll be doin some hunting for fallen trees. Turned out good last year.

 

I'm planning a lowes trip on my lunch break, so i'll see what I can come up with for reflective materials and such for a sign or a marker.

 

I figured we'd do luke last year and just park some trucks up there.

 

Yeah but for how long!? Hell that one night I was sitting there for like 2 fucking hours waiting on people. We gotta just make that road easy to find, especially with people coming at all different times through out a few different days. A big neon yellow/orange piece of cardboard paper screwed to a stick in the ground would be something to draw people's attention but we also don't want to draw EVERYBODYS attention. Oh I got it!! Let's build a scarecrow! I've always wanted to do that! Or we can just hang Zack from a post and tell him to flip around every once in a while

 

I have a road works jacket with reflective strips on it but it's gonna be big

 

I updated the first post with taking off the folks that said they weren't coming and adding Bryan. For the people that backed out, don't feel bad. It's all good. We always have 2 or 3 meets at LBL a year with this one being the only cold weather one so just try and plan to come to the next one and keep following this thread for a link to pics and videos to see how much fun you could've had. Haha

That's what I sayin though. That points it out to everyone. Pretty much no one will know we're down there without just being curious about what's down that road or if they are goin fishing. We need like a dead human body at the entrance. No one would venture farther down that road then. Haha

 

i'll just get those red reflective sticks then. people use them to mark driveways all the time. we put out like a red and a blue one, non-TW people will have no clue.

Yeah, only reason I'm not comin is work/truck issues. I'll be at one of the others this year though.

 

And if you're lookin for something bright and reflective, hit up an army surplus store, look for vs17 panels, Chem lights(glowsticks), anything like that, should be pretty cheap.

 

That's what I'm talkin bout. Somethin random like that that just some normal person wouldn't think nothing about but just a road flag/sign.

I do like glow sticks though ....
