    Well I wouldn't want to beat up my truck I still owe money on it so if this is fire road friendly and I don't go fishing I might make a day trip

    Alright...so scouted the trails this morning. 2N01 (from SH38) -2N02 (Burns Canyon) up to Baldwin Lake. Awesome fun trial and very scenic, definitely a good trail for someone who's already got there feet wet and wants got the next step, do able in 2wd open, with a lift and good tires.
    If anyone wants to try something more difficult we can do Tip Top Mountain (ran that trail today also...will need 2wd locked, 31" tires min, IFS skids) just let me know and we can plane that as well.

    On a separate note, had an aggravating moment when i took 2N61Y from 2N01 heading toward 2N02. This trail definitely put/upped my skill with the more technical stuff and i got to really see what my build is capable of and it payed off. I was able to complete 90% of this trail before i got to the last descent which was nothing but boulders, i hiked half way down to look for the best line but had to cut my losses and turned around. Would definitely need a good spotter and sliders.....and maybe a winch, just in case :anonymous: wish i would've taken pictures but was pretty pissed cause i could see the end of the trail maybe 1 mile way that i didn't even think of it....so here's what i do have of that;

    definitely planning on hitting this trail again to finish it....but with some more people and possibly a 4x4 rig with a winch! :anonymous::D

    I saw a trail off of 2n16 that was way above my build. Nothing but larger rocks and boulders. The gate keeper was three large boulders spread apart just enough to cause all kinds of problems. I was by myself and it was around 11 pm Saturday night. Was on the way to crab flats.

    Damn you were hitting trails late on Saturday! Sounds like the gate keeper to John Bull trial :notsure:
    that was basically what i was worried about, if i did make it down that last hill i knew i was going to take damage and was by myself. (shhhh don't tell no one :crapstorm:)

    It was dark AF 11pm. No light bars, etc and pos flashlight. All I saw was dirt, rock and trees. I didn't hear running water, but my truck was running. I want say it had 90y in the number. Should of taken a pic. I was tired as hell and needed to get off the mountain.

    I know peretty much mentally where it is. The was no water crossings on the north side that I found. Found a couple of large puddle from the thunderstorms that rolled through, but no actual water crossings.
