I hope that the outcome is great and you can now enjoy your truck OP.
FWIW, my 2019 was covered under the third brake light campaign, so I took it in to be on the safe side. No leaks, but they put new parts on the truck anyhow. Still no leaks.
    Cheers

$8,500 (0 cost to me) and almost 2 months later. The interior is real nice.

I’ll post some more photos of my basically brand new interior tomorrow when the weather is a bit nicer.

Here's some thoughts after taking the truck to work this morning (about 30 min drive)...
    • It doesn't smell like chemicals.
    • Feels very clean when being inside.
    • Most of the work seems to be done on the rear of the truck.
    • Basically rebuilding everything in the back seat area.
    • Rear seats don't seem new, rather new material put on the existing metal frame.
    • Headliner and carpet appear to be brand new.
    • Seatbelts are new and function properly from what I can tell.
    • All the little clips and detail pieces and parts appear to be new.
Overall, I am very happy with the work Toyota did to make this right. I hope my initial impression remains the same for the duration of owning the truck. Only time will tell.

Wow, seems like Toyota did you well... It looks amazing. I keep looking at my rear to see if there are any leaks but so far so good.

I asked that question few posts before this. I did some digging into it and I would have to get an attorney to go this route.

    I think they did too.

I forgot to mention the warranties they issued.

Toyota does offer a warranty or guarantee. **
ServePro offers a 1 year warranty on the work they performed.

**With Toyota not offering anything moving forward, they said that the "limited service campaign" goes on until April of 2025. So essentially this is my warranty.

TRD emblems, tinted windows, OEM running boards, AVS vent shades, RMAS upgrade, LED lights in front and rear, interior LED lighting upgrade, LED lighting in bed, touch control dash mount for LED lighting, auxillary 12v and USB jacks in bed, replace all speakers with Infinity, custom mod with Bose tweeters, TRD Pro illumination mod...
This was certainly a case of one design department(Double Cab configuration) not coordinating with the other design department(Access Cab configuration). The AC fastens from the outside and TMK there has never been an issue with the the 3rd brake light fastened this way. I even swapped it out with a 2nd Gen LED type with smoked lens 2 years after I bought it and no leaks 2 years after that.
