I agree as soon as I saw the carpet along side the drivers seat I thought his truck has been neglected. Sorry he’s had issues but I had the 3rd brake light fix done as soon as it came out and have had no issues and my truck sits outside 100% of the time. I also check over my truck at least once a week top to bottom looking for any issues.

Yeah, no...those cracks aren't significant enough to leak that much or at all.

From your pics, the mold is localized to the DS front only. Like I said earlier, you have another issue that is responsible for the leak...compromised door seal, window left down a bit, window seal damaged, roof rack hole seal damaged, sunroof drain clogged, etc.

Do not touch it, don't get close to it, don't even open the door.

That's Biohaz, don't take any chance, it's not worth to get sick from it. Hospital bills ain't cheap if you an survive.

If the insurance company deems it a total loss they should be paying you the value of truck before the damage, are they not?

Well, its not neglect, so you can forget that silly theory. Ive attached a video of the water coming into the cab so you can see this is a real problem.

Well, I guess you know more than the Toyota Master Tech who agreed with the fact its coming through the 3rd brake light. And, no, I dont go out and open the door on a vehicle Im not driving just to make sure all is ok. Thats just silly. I keep my vehicles in showroom condition, should not be a need to 'check in' to make sure all is ok.

You ever leave your car while traveling by plane? A couple weeks isn’t neglect. Alittle dirt in the most common area isn’t an issue either

Lol, I know my share and been around a truck a time or two, but hey we know how some of these Master techs are and their training. Maybe you should look more inside your new truck a little more often so this doesn't happen again, as that would be a good learning experience for you. From the looks of the pics in the first post besides the mold your truck it's a far cry from showroom. I will leave it at that!
