3rd gen tacoma v6, how to change pcv valve.

For the part number you can call your local toyota dealer.

Remember to not over tight the pcv valve or it will break, it is plastic not metal.

    Tools needed:
22 mm deep socket, and many extensions.

●Lubricate the O-ring gasket on the new PCV Valve with engine oil. You can get some from the engine oil dipstick, and transfer it with your fingers or a clean towel.

●Tightening the PCV Valve, first without a ratchet only by hand using the extensions..

    Then with a ratchet

It looks like they used plastic on the 3rd Gens?
Better to break the PCV valve, than the Valve Cover.

Yeah, that's a thing on the 2nd Gen.
The PCV is metal with tapered threads. Too tight and it splits the valve cover.

    Thanks for the DIY
