3rd Gen (2021) Manual TRD Offroad Brake Controller Harness Connecter

I have searched far and wide trying to find where to locate the brake controller connector for this truck.

I found a spare connector that was electrical taped to the black harness behind the kick plate. This is the only connector that is visible and it does not fit the standard

3031-P Tekonsha harness. I have a friend with a 2021 SR5 and their connector is not the same as mine so not sure what the issue is. This connecter had another cover/adapter that I removed but it still doesn't match. Photos attached of both below. Sorry for the terrible quality but it is super tight with the clutch pedal and almost impossible to access.

From what I have seen this truck should have the tow package but not sure if it just doesn't have it, or if there is something I am missing.
