3rd Gen 20x9 wheels with 275/55/20 ko2

So I just purchased 20x9 wheels with 275/55/20 ko2 tires....I’m having a 3inch front and 1 inch rear leveling kit installed....will my wheels still rub????....about 31.9 inches measured from ground to top and I also have a 1.25 wheel spacer put on?????

 

Welcome to the site, @Sethx24 ! We'll need a little more information to better understand the fitment.

What is the offset on the wheels? Depending on the wheel offset you may not need to install the wheel spacers at all.

Generally speaking, 275/55R-20 is slightly aggressive and may rub the body mount, but that's going to depend on the wheel offset.

 

So the shop just installed a 2.25 front and 1 inch rear leveling kit....the rims I have are 0 offset....thanks for your help...any information is very useful.

 

3/1 inch leveling kit....front bottom air guard has to come off but very minor rubbish...I’m happy.

Truck looks great! What did you pay for the wheels? How much were the tires? Just curious to get an idea of how much it’s going to cost me in the future....

Yes!....the wheels did rub, I watched a YouTube video of this guy with a 3rd Gen with the same size rims and tires and claimed it didn’t rub....total BS....the wheels were smacking everything inside the wheel well....after the 3 inch leveling kit was installed there was minor rubbish when the steering wheel was at full turn....I took off the front lower plastic air guard and pushed the wheel liner forward 2 inches and now there’s no rubbing at all. Hope this information was useful.

 

No cutting. I have 3" front, 2" rear leveling kit. Caster moved to +1.5. I removed air dam, and relocated hole in front inner fender plastic by 1". No Rubbing. Wheels are Black Rhino- Armory 17 x 9.5 @-18 offset w/ 33-12.50 Yokohama Geolander MT

 

Nice truck bro!.....I did the same, I relocated the inner fender liner by pushing it forward and putting a new drill hole under the bumper. I did do some minor trimming with a box cutter near the bottom wheel well, because I installed a 1.25 inch wheel spacer.
