    Hello,
I’ve been searching forums and looking at photos like crazy, I can’t get a definitive answer.

yes I know you don’t need a lift for 265/70/17

I’ve been running this set up since I bought my truck in 2018, with trd sema wheels. 60k kms now and I’ve only rubbed a front mud flap a handful of times while turning sharp and going over a bump.

I’ve decided to upgrade to bilstein 6112 up front, 5160 in the rear but I can’t decide whether or not to lift it 1” all around, or 1 1/2” if I do 1 inch, I do a block in the rear, if I do 1.5”, ill add a leaf. My questions is, will 265/70 look too small with 1.5? I’m not going to 275s or 285s since I can buy a ko2 in a c load.

what does the forum think? With keeping this size tire, should I go with 1 or 1.5? I’m not leveling the truck, has to maintain factory rake. Thank you!

265's look fine with 3" lifts as long as its an LT tire. Go for 1.5 for sure. Buy bigger tires later on.

I am waiting for the day when Extensive, from the show Texas Metal, rolls in a 3rd gen Tacoma and builds a new frame and put's 4 links on the back and bags it!
