Owner of a 3rd gen Tacoma. Loved my 2nd gen so much that I bought my 3rd gen without test driving it. Big mistake! since then I’ve tried make it act right, or look good enough that I don’t care it doesn’t act right.

Surprised we don't have a fishing smiley on this site, it would get a lot of mileage.

    Welcome to TW.

The only way to make a 3rd Gen drive like a 2nd Gen is with a tune.
We have people on this forum that can help you with that.

i bought my brand new 2023 A/T Tacoma Offroad Premium with my phone at 11pm at night 1 hour and 30 minutes away. It has 5 miles when I picked it up. 2 days later I have like 180 miles. I regret nothing. SHifting problems.. accelleration.. none of that is a problem.. and hell that suspension. This is my 5th 4x4 Ive never felt anything better. I was used to this truck in 20 minutes.

Not sure what the complaining is about.

The browns do suck. Im messing with my wireless android auto here in Cleveland while my son is watching it. somehow they beat the bengals. I stopped watching after the half.

Although I do like 2nd Gens better, there's a common denominator with all the people that have complaints (with any vehicle).

Maybe do your due diligence next time before you spend ten's of thousands of dollars.

You could sell the 3rd gen in a couple hours without losing much if any money. Then you could find a clean low mile 2nd gen.
it's not that complicated if you want it bad enough
