Rez and cylinder mounted. Will make a tube bash bar…at full bump space is tight.

    Looking good! Love your build.
Had same dilemma on rear shock length. I ended up with 12" out bound.

Thanks dude! I probably should have gone 12”…but it’ll only matter if it ever leaves the shop.

Trail gear pump, hydro box, and cooler are in. Gotta finish up the routing just waiting on some fittings. Made a little progress on the front brakes.

More baby steps…hydro lines abrasive wrapped, shocks/bumps pressurized, brake lines finished, battery mount made on the passenger side under the hood…positive cable reached but need to make a couple longer grounds. 4wheelparts charges $25 per shock/bump to fill…prices suck these days.

$250, local tank, power tank no leak valve, and cheap Amazon regulator.

That Powertank no leak valve is great, wouldn't buy anything else. Lot of cheap "no loss" valves out there. Nice

Agree, made it super easy. I was surprised that all dirt bike shops and most 4x shops won’t fill shocks around here.

For future reference, A340F output seal is Toyota PN 35015J, 90311-43007...i spent way too much time figuring this out. Once i get the seal should be able to put the t-case back in permanently. Ordered up exhaust tubing and a dynomax muffler, cat's home will have to be after the t-case x-member.

Exhaust is done. Had to modify every Nwfab shifter, but they fit without cutting trim.

Did your 2-4 shifter contact the L-H shifter behind it when in 4LL?

All shifters cleared each other initially, they just didn't clear the driver's and rear side of the trim surround. I guess it's a lot to expect that triple sticks would be designed for every interior configuration and were pretty simple to modify.

I had to shave the top of the 2-4 shifter to clear the gear shift (because I raised everything like an inch) and need to figure out why my 2-4 and H-L contact when in 4LL. But otherwise have been happy with the setup.

what gears are in your cases? I have 4.7’s in my rear case and in double low it pushes through the brakes. I had the pedal to the floor and it was still inching through.

I've got the 3vz chain case in the rear, so i think they're geared ~2.5 front and rear. I move at a snail's pace due to other priorities so I haven't even driven this thing yet. All that's left is put fluids in everything and order driveshafts, and then hope it still starts up and moves after 2 years lol. Your on fj80 axles front and rear right? Do you still have the stock master cylinder?

Just front for now, til I tear up the factory rear axle or acquire all the parts for the 3 link, then I’ll swap the fj80 rear in. Going wheeling in 2 weeks and am fully expecting to bend an arm or blow up the diff on the factory rear.

Stock master cylinder. I’m going to swap in a manual at some point soon too so that i have better control without bumping the trans into neutral. Im picking the trans up when I go wheel.

You're working fast, well done. I'm curious how the stock master will handle the larger discs up front, and discs in the rear. Worst case i'll swap out to an FJ80 master.
