3rd gen access cab window louvers

Does any company make window louvers for the 3rd gen access cab?

On a side note, when I bought rain guards for my access cab I saw one brand that had stick on rain guards for the access cab doors too and thought “the windows don’t even roll down, what’s the purpose?”.

 

I remember now! Those louvers were on the back door windows of custom vans back in the 70's.

why would you want rain guards for the windows that don't even open? i don't understand but i would like to.

It is just for looks. I had them on my 2006 tacoma and I liked how it looked. They are non functional.

 

i haven't see any so far.

but i've checked. yes, i'm firmly stuck in the 1990's.

 

I think there was a truck long ago that came with some type of side window louvers, a windshield visor, and a front air dam and probably a hood scoop. I can kind of picture it in my mind, but I lost much of my memory at a Guns 'n Roses concert sometime in 1989.

Needs the stick on hood louvres and fender gills to match.

 

They’re probably out there somewhere but it’s totally illegal to install them, if caught by the tasteful police you’re taco will be confiscated! Don’t even think about it! We’re watching!

 

Likely to balance out the look with the front windows. I don't understand why those windows don't at least vent. It would help a lot with airflow. It was one of my annoyances with my 2008 GMC Canyon extended cab.
