    Quick question before I do mine this weeked...when you did the reflector buckets, did you scuff them before spraying the Nightshade?

    Do a list mist.. not too much. If executed correctly it will give it a smoked look while still being semi reflective (tail light, but picture for reference)

    Soooo I did the reflector buckets and have spoting where the paint won't stick Any suggestions?

    Did you scuff them? The paint sticks better on a dull non-shiny rough surface. I use a 3m pad. Green one

    You still need to wipe them down with some degreaser, as there might be film/residue left over from the manuf. process. If you scuff it with any abrasive pad, you will loose the "shine" that helps with the light reflection..

    I thought he was going with different bulbs and didn't need the reflection?
