I'm looking for the part number for the connector that attaches to the 3rd gen taco Cam Position Sensor. I believe all the sensors use the same connector.

I have rodent damage and need to replace the connector, I think the sensor is OK. Getting P0348 CEL code and identified the chewed through connector wires.

I believe this is the correct sensor: https://parts.toyota.com/p/Toyota_2...haft-Position-Sensor/62982484/9091905061.html

Plan is to solder the wires back and wrap in protective sleeve, if that fails I want the OEM connector as backup.

    Greatly appreciate the forums help.

The sensor is the one that sits on top of the engine under the Air Intake Surge Tank for context.

I searched around all i could come up with OEM is the housing. I did find this, it's Doorman so can't say what kind of quality it's gona be but aftermarket may be your only option other than finding one in a salvage yard unless someone can get the part number for the pins.

Yea that's what came up searching besides the aftermarket one I found on Rock Auto. Wonder why Toyota doesn't sell the connectors with pigtails like everyone else does.

You don’t need a part number. I had the same critter issue and was able to get the fix done without removing the intake manifold which probably saved a bunch of time. Used a universal 3 pin connector. Pretty much any wires will work from there.

The stealership does the same thing and makes their own…but they’ll charge you $100 for it and 6 hours for removal of the manifold.

I ended up going with this one I think:
    9098012353 https://parts.toyota.com/p/HOUSING---CONNECTOR-F/69379719/9098012353.html

It came with a good length tail that allowed me attach back to the harness.
