Anyone know if this plastic needs to be removed when installing T3 rear bumper (not a HC) ?AD8978A0-0612-44A7-BB29-143D06137BFB.jpg

It didn’t seem to interfere so I left it on.

Love the overland skids. Added the T3 bumper no hoop. Looking to do a CBI rear bumper next.

The overland skids are high on my list. I like that 2 skids cover the meat and potatoes of the underbelly whereas most companies are doing this with 3 skids (at least that's what it appears to be to me). Their pricing also seems to be in line with others for a full set, albeit that's retail and most other can be had on GBs and other discounts.

Out of curiosity I put a full set of the overland skids in my cart to determine shipping and it totaled up to almost $275 just for shipping!!:eek: Is that what others are paying? I fully understand they are big heavy items and I'm on the other side of the country, but that shipping total is significantly higher than I've seen from other vendors for similar products.

My skids were $87 to ship freight. My rear bumper and swing out cost $278. Idaho to North Dakota

Gotcha. I was fully anticipating up to $100, but $275 seems a bit high. If I actually get serious enough I’ll just call them. Thanks for the feedback.

Normal. They are all like that. You could purchase some flexible stripping from McMaster Carr if you’re that concerned about the look

    Wow, nice!!
What tires and lift do you have on that?

I'm still jackassing with the sliders I got there weeks ago (2 coats bare metal primer, trying to get satin black on today....spilled a can yesterday!)....if I would have just paid the extra for them to be powder coated or got a local fab to make/instal I could have been done already......too distracted with riding & surfing!

Hey gang, I have a few questions for you guys.. I have a T3 full hoop here and wondering what I need to fit a 10000 warn zeon winch beside a relocation kit. Where do you put the relocated parts? What sort of hawse fairlead do I need an offset or regular? Anyone have any pics of how they cut up their fender liner to fit the new bumper?
    Thanks in advance

    C

    - No a zeon will not fit without a relocation kit. you probably wont have enough room or want to mount the relocation kit next to the winch. Relocate to the engine bay so you can plug the controller in.

    - non-offset fairlead

    - look at the fender and match the factory cut out for the fog lights. If you cut at that line, you can cut it about 1/4" below and adjust accordingly. Its not hard. just make a straight line from the top of the fog light cutout.
