Sorry, can't get rid of me that easily! Moving and getting the family situated was more work than expected. Needed to limit distractions so I paused almost all social media/forums. But I'm back, just got my lasers set up a couple weeks ago and cut out a few sheets worth of Glare Blockers. I should have the purchase links back up within the next few days (looks like there are WWAAAYYY more copy cats than I remember though )

Mine are still holding on strong after two winters, so cheaping out on a copycat sounds like a terrible decision

 

I'm fixing' to replace my LED License plate lights which means, I'll need to remove the glare covers...I need some double-sided tape.

Great idea. How is the double sided tape holding up on the ones installed a few years ago?

 

Mine held up great!

I removed my glare cover to install LED lights and used the second set of double-sided tape to reinstall glare cover in March 2022.

Still sticking as advertised. As a matter of fact, Tim @sphinxbccp is sending me more tape so I can replace my LEDs again. (One LED is dimmer than the other but replacing both)

You can see how much brighter the LEDs display.

 

I still have the very first set on my truck, took off once and put back on with the original tape. As long as it's warm when you apply them and clean the surface there shouldn't be any issues with adhesion.

 

Just placed my order through Etsy! I went to move my son's truck last night and could barely see behind me due to the glare from the LED back-up lights. Great idea and I like supporting other TW members.
